G. Aparna Kalyani

She holds an MBA in Finance (1994) and entered the family business in 1995, taking charge as the proprietor of Meghana Engineering Industries. At Meghana Engineering Industries, Aparna Kalyani was involved in the manufacturing of granite processing machinery, power lifting equipment, cranes and specialised lifting machinery used by the granite industry.

The business was part of the family’s long-standing industrial operations and contributed to the development of specialised machinery for India’s granite processing sector. Her involvement provided her with valuable experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, business management and commercial decision-making.

Aparna Kalyani’s entrepreneurial journey spans industrial manufacturing, international business and real estate development. She is also one of the active Directors of HEMA Group, contributing to the group’s broader business interests and strategic growth across India and Africa. Her involvement connects her entrepreneurial experience with the group’s diversified operations across manufacturing, consumer businesses and real estate.

Through Pearl Gate Comforts, SJI and Golden Threshold, she has played an active role in developing residential projects ranging from plotted communities to premium gated communities, villas, luxury apartments and farmhouses. Her experience across manufacturing and real estate reflects a versatile entrepreneurial approach built on financial acumen, operational understanding, strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.

Today, Aparna Kalyani continues to contribute to both the family’s diversified business interests and its growing real estate portfolio, with a focus on building professionally managed enterprises and creating quality developments across Bengaluru and Andhra Pradesh, India.
